This Shih Tzu was fished out from a drain by a Good Samaritan on July 4. We wonder how she got in there in the first place. The person who pulled her out cannot keep or foster here and the dog will be sent to us soon. Would anyone like to adopt or foster her? Call 019-3576477.

If anyone happens to locate the owner, publish them. They should be more responsible towards their pet and not leaving them wandering on the road. I just can't imagine if this Shih Tzu doesn't meet up with this good samaritan.
