THANK YOU CROCS

(From left) Crocs representative Annie Lai, Community Development and Integration Initiative director Firoza Burhanudeen and MVFRA founder Capt Bala.

We are happy to announce that renowned footwear company Crocs will be supporting us as part of its CSR programme until the end of the year. Besides providing our volunteers footwear and T-Shirts, Crocs will also olace collection boxes at all its 24 outlets here. Those donating a minimum of RM5 will receive a free Jibbitz charm to decorate their Crocs shoes. Those adopting a puppy or dog from MDDB or a kitten or cat from MCCP will aslo receive Crocs vouchers. Crocs will also be providing bags to be used as goodie bags for adopters. We are thankful that Crocs its lending us its support. Please buy Crocs as the more you buy and donate the more support there is for us. MDDB and MCCP is hoping that more corporate sponsors will come forward to help in line with their Corporate social responsibility ( CSR) programmes. This would be timely as Community Development and Integration Initiative, which is helming both the MDDB and MCCP projects, will attain tax exemption status soon.
Apart from that the Fire and Rescue Volunteers Malaysia (MVFRA) have teamed-up with MDDB and MCCP to launch a training programme for rescuers. The programme is aimed at teaching people on how to rescue trapped and injured animals effectively. The MVFRA's animal rescue unit will provide all the necessary technical help. Those interested in participating in the training programme are invited to submit their names at our next adoption drive on Sept 12 at the Summit Subang Jaya.
Please help us to help the voiceless.

The Lioness Club of Subang Jaya

Dear all,
we would like thank the Lioness Club of Subang Jaya for their generosity during the recent launch of our Malaysian Cats Care Project. The ladies had worked very hard to prepare food that was sold at the event to raise funds for us. They had also walked around the mall selling the scrumptious food which they had prepared by themselves. To these wonderful ladies – Thank You for being there when we needed help the most. MDDB and MCCP will never forget your kind deed.
