More influential people should adopt strays
We have been busy encouraging influential people to adopt rescued animals instead of buying pets from breeders and pet shops. So far the response have been reasonably good with one councilor and one MP's family adopting from us.
The first puppy was adopted at our adoption drive at Selangor Speaker Datuk Teng Chang Khim's service center by Klang councilor Tai Teck Chuan from the Klang PKR division.
This was followed by PKR Kelana Jaya MP Loh Gwo Burne's parents coming all the way to our half-way home in Klang to pick out a puppy for the family.
This is how politicians should ideally help - help us with adoption drives and adopt animals instead of buying.
Thanks folks for getting the ball rolling for us.
