MR T, looking lost but healed when we visited him today.
Remember this fellow who came to us with maggot spilling from his face? There were four tumours on his face and a hole from the nose to the top of his upper gum. Due to the extent of the damage, the vet thought that it was cancer but after initial treatment the holes in the face have closed-up and the dog, we've taken the liberty to name Mr T, is also eating well. So, we think that it was purely long untreated maggot wound which had resulted in the maggots eating through the skin and right up to the gum. We visited him today and he looked very quiet and morose - maybe overwhelmed with what had been happening to him the last few days. We are happy that its not a serious problem as we had been worried sick about what we should do if Mr T had indeed suffered from terminal cancer. Get well soon Mr T - after which we will dock your you-know-what and put you up for adoption.
