Due to the high number of adult dogs under its care, canine welfare project Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better will have an additional adoption drive in Klang this Sunday, July 24.
The event which starts at 11.30am and ends at 5.30pm will be held at Kota Alam Sham assemblyman M. Manoharan’s service center at 7A, Persiaran Raja Muda Musa, Klang.
This location is situated between the Klang traffic police station and Hin Hua High School. There will be about 20 adult dogs that have been neutered and vaccinated at the adoption drive.
Factories and farms are encouraged to consider adopting these dogs but proper infrastructure must be in place to house these dogs. Farm and factory adopters must also be prepared to vaccinate the dogs every year.
Those wanting to donate in kind to the canine welfare project can also bring their contributions to the adoption drive.
