All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing - Edmund Burke
The way dogs, stray or otherwise, are treated here, especially by the local councils, epitomises evil at its worst - MDDB

WE are wondering what is the outcome of the meeting between animal activists and exco Dr Xavier Jeyakumar that was organised by Subang Jaya assemblyperson Hannah Yeoh many months ago?
We hope both the elected representatives were serious when they showed some interest in animal welfare in the state.
Animal activists are hoping that Selangor would emulate Penang by doing something concrete for animal welfare.
This is crucial not only for activists in Selangor but also in other states given the two recent incidents whereby licensed dogs were shot by local council monsters in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan and Ipoh, Perak.
Selangor has to lead the way.
To do this Dr Xavier must first concede to liaise with activists who are on the ground dealing with real animals issues instead of pseudo-animal activists who are slaves to cheap publicity.
Are you willing to do this Dr Xavier?
Talk is cheap - we want action.
