THE last month saw exactly 10 dogs and puppies being tied to our gate by some jerk, who should have contacted us first before dumping the animals. This is because one of the puppies that they had tied to the gate, either late at night or early in the morning, managed to free itself and was knocked down by a vehicle right in front of our half-way home. Imagine our horror in the morning when we saw one dead puppy and two screaming ones (that were tied to the gate). About a week later three puppies were in a box left outside our gate. This was followed by another three dogs tied to the gate - two of them being adults. One of the adults was a half blind old schnauzer with terribly matted hair. The latest was another two older pups last week. We are keen to know who this person is and suspect that he/she may be a hoarder forced to remove his/her dogs out. Whatever it is - have the courtesy lah to at lease let us know. And one of the pups tested positive for distemper and is now being treated for it.

I do believe in karma, don't you? What goes around, will come around... one way or the other.
Thanks for doing a great job helping strays, MDDB.
